bean(soybean,pea, mung bean,bean products),peanut, semen sesami nigrum, nut,raisin,spiral shell,clam and other mussel foods.
2.Avoid the following foods:
(1)Don’t eat green onion , garlic , fish , shrimp , mutton ,  bamboo shoots ,  pickles , pepper ,wine and etc.At the same time, don’t eat spinach.Because it contains too much oxalic acid and will itch the affected region.
(2)Eat less food containing too much vitamin C. Because vitamin C will decrease the  serum copper and  serum copper oxidase,which will influence tyrosinase activity and disturb the synthesis of melanin.
(3)Avoid cherry.Vitiligo patients should not eat too much cherry.Cherry contains abundant vitamin C.In the process,which will interrupt melanogenesis and aggravate the illness.
